As we all know the the auric field consist of twelve dimensional layers these layer of existents are the higher vibrational plains of our spiritual and conscious existents and the path of our ascension into the outer world of which we all live. this technique has been delvoped to help you explore these dimensions of your existents and it is the aim of this exercise to help you to understand the higher vibrations in the universe and the chakras and there dimensional layers. this list will help you with the first 6 dimensions.

Inter Dimensional Travel Technique Physical Exercise
Step One
Ok I want you to get comfortable and relax feel at one with your self and the world around you.

Step Two
Now close your eyes and visualize that there is a three dimensional grid of energy around your physical body and see this grid expanding out through all the dimensional layers of your auric field till it reaches the twelfth dimensional layer of the auric field. And make sure that your physical body is at the center of the grid.

Step Three
Now see this grid that you have placed in your auric field changing colour to mark the different dimensional layers of your auric field.

Step Four
Then move you mind out into chakra the third dimensional layer of the auric field and visualize the chakras in the third dimension and mark the grid with there position around your body. make a note of the colour of each chakra on the grid.

Step Five
When you have finished mapping the third dimension of the auric field move on to the fourth dimension of the auric field and mark the positions and colours of the chakras on the fourth dimensional layer of the auric field.

Step Six
Continue working through the rest of the dimensional layers of the auric field till you reach the twelfth dimensional layer of the auric field and when you have finished the mapping of the chakras on each dimensional layer lock that grid in to your mind and open your eyes.
Step Seven
Now draw an image of the grid and mark out were the chakras are in the auric field that way you have a reference point for the future and when your ready explore each chakra and learn all you can about each chakra and its energy flow.
