Hatha Yoga – the physical practice of postures and breathing exercises.  Prepares the body for spiritual experience. [hutha yog]: a form of yoga involving body postures, and for gaining control over Prana
Halahala – a mythological poison, the first product to result from the churning of the ocean of milk by the gods and demons.
Hamsa [hums]: advanced sannyasi
